My passion in life above everything else is simply teaching others what I have learned in the world of health and fitness. I have background with sport specific training, bodybuilding, endurance training, powerlifting and even if you’re simply desiring to just look better in your daily life. One thing I pride myself in is precision technique with your lifts and movement in general. Training to overcome and avoid injuries is also very big with my programming. I want to teach you to be able to do what you want on your own, and if you choose to keep learning come back. I don’t want customers, I want goal orientated clients that learn and progress. In conclusion, my goal is to change the quality of lives with the information I know whether it be getting rid of that nagging back pain so you can pick up a grandchild, gain some muscle to feel stronger, or to lose that fat once and for all so you can be more confident.
