I was once a raging alcoholic and now am a personal trainer and ultra runner! My love for fitness began in high school while I was on the wrestling team. It continued as I served in the Army. After the military, I fell into a hole of alcoholism and depression. After abusing alcohol for almost 10 years, I decided to make a change. I quit drinking and joined Los Campeones. I lost 40 pounds of fat and and put on 30 pounds of muscle while training for bodybuilding. I loved my new lifestyle so much that I decided to make a career out of fitness and become a trainer. I still felt like something was missing though. I then rediscovered my love for running. I went from running a 5K to a marathon and finally a 50 mile race in the span of 3 months. I now run ultra marathons and like to focus on running and bodybuilding.
I’m a certified personal trainer, US Army veteran and ultra runner who takes pride in helping others achieve their goals and transform themselves mentally and physically!
