I began taking an interest in fitness when I was a sophomore in high school. I played on the varsity football team, and I knew that I needed to get stronger and faster if I wanted to compete with the older guys. So, I joined a gym and immediately fell in love with exercising. Since then, fitness has been a huge part of my life.
During my time as an athlete both in high school and college and in my schoolwork, I have gained extensive knowledge about building muscle, losing weight, body recomposition, training for athletic performance, and nutrition. My goal now as a Personal Trainer is to use what I’ve learned to help people reach their health/fitness goals.
I offer 30 and 60-minute sessions of 1:1 or 1:2 in-person training at any of the four Los Campeones gym locations. If you are looking for more of a remote experience, I also offer customized workouts that you can complete either at home or in a gym of your choice. No matter what your goals are, I am here to help you crush them!
