My passion for athletics and helping others reach their goals led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Health Science. Along with my degree in the field, I am a certified personal trainer through the NSCA and NASM. I enjoy working with people of all different ages and ability levels, and have the knowledge and experience to work with anyone from beginners to people with injuries or physical limitations, to the more experienced lifter.
Time-efficient, evidence-based workouts combined with proper rest and recovery allow my clients to see results without spending hours in the gym every week. Not having time is no longer an excuse. I believe strength training should be a priority in your life in order to improve function in daily activities or sport performance, decrease risk of chronic disease, improve self-confidence, and to look and feel the way you want.
