My mission is to teach others to get stronger, healthier and self-sufficient through the highest quality of personal training and online programming. Over the last four years, I’ve coached high school, collegiate, and powerlifting athletes, as well as personally trained a variety of populations including special needs, fibromyalgia, CRPS/RSD, multiple sclerosis, adolescence, and older adults. With a B.S. in Biokinetics, completing peer-reviewed research, as well as experience in competing in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and marathon training I am equipped to help you reach your goals whatever they may be.
Whether you’ve never set foot in the gym and are starting at square one, or a seasoned trainee looking to improve performance and recovery I have the tools to help you achieve your goals. By no means have I re-invented the wheel when it comes to training, programming, and nutrition, I have merely done my due diligence in finding the best available resources. I can work with a variety of budgets, ranging from a one-time form check, small group training, one-on-one sessions, to online programming. All clients receive nutritional support included.
