Sweat with Jess is a strength and conditioning program offered at Los Campeones NE. This powerbuilding program uses progressive overload, gradually increasing your weights to build strength and confidence. You’ll learn compound lifts such as back squats, bench presses, deadlifts, pull-ups, strict presses, and dips, all while mastering proper lifting techniques for safety. In this class, you’ll also learn how to warm up effectively, set goals for the upcoming months, and, most importantly, have fun! The program combines lifts designed for both strength and muscle growth. The Sweat with Jess team will meet you where you’re at and support you every step of the way!
