Shaun is a competitive athlete coach. He has competed in and has clients in multiple disciplines, ranging from bodybuilding to powerlifting to strongman. He spent 13 years active duty in the Navy, where he received his degrees in Exercise Nutrition and Exercise Science. On social media channels he can be found as “TheBeardedGorilla”.
