I’m Angie, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach originally from Colombia. Being bilingual- English and Spanish- allows me to connect with and support a diverse range of clients. I specialize in helping busy women regain their strength, confidence, and energy through a holistic approach to fitness. I understand the challenges of juggling responsibilities, as a wife and a mom, and putting yourself last—I’ve been there.
For half of my adult life, I was an educator, dedicating myself to teaching and helping others grow. That same passion for guidance and empowerment now fuels my work as a coach. My journey into fitness started when I discovered strength training and experienced firsthand how building physical strength transforms not just the body but also the mind. This led me to further my education in nutrition and behavior change, including completing Harvard Medical School’s Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan. As a lifelong learner, I continue to pursue certifications that help me guide my clients more effectively.
Beyond coaching, I am also a competitive bodybuilder, continuously pushing my own limits and working toward earning my pro status. This journey has deepened my understanding of discipline, resilience, and the power of strength training—not just for aesthetics but for overall health and confidence.
I believe true health goes beyond workouts—it’s about building habits that fit your life, creating a mindset that empowers you, and making sustainable changes that last. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, feel more energized, or simply make time for yourself again, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Let’s build a strong body and an even stronger mind—together!
