Callista is a dedicated trainer passionate about helping clients become the best version of themselves through movement, nutrition, mindset work, and sustainable habits. Specializing in weight loss, strength training, nutrition coaching, and habit building, she empowers individuals to create lasting change that extends beyond the gym.
Having experienced her own struggles — from being clinically obese to battling anorexia at 15 — Callista understands what it means to feel disconnected from one’s body. Those challenges inspired her to approach fitness with a balance of hard work, compassion, and care, emphasizing the importance of building a healthy, sustainable relationship with the body.
With over two years of both in-person and online coaching experience, Callista’s mission is to help every client find joy in movement, balance with nutrition, and peace in the process.
Qualifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer + Nutrition Coach, Bachelors in Psychology from UND.
