Casey Raaen is a proud resident of Sioux Falls and an active member of the lifting community since 2005. With extensive experience coaching and competing across various disciplines—including powerlifting, strongman, and strength and conditioning—Casey is deeply committed to supporting and growing the strength community in the region.

His passion lies in helping individuals reach their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. Casey’s dedication to the sport is evident in his four years of service on the South Dakota High School Powerlifting Association and his current role as South Dakota Chairman for United States Strongman.

Casey and his wife, Alison, are proud parents to two daughters, Alanis and Mallory, and their family continues to call Sioux Falls home.
