Meet Chad. With over 10 years of experience in personal training, he’s seen firsthand how fitness can be a powerful tool for overcoming personal challenges and enhancing life. Chad brings this perspective to his training, believing that a healthy, fit individual is the best version of themselves. Passionate about guiding you on your fitness journey, Chad works with those new to fitness, those seeking a change, or athletes aiming to push their limits.

Through detailed movement analysis, Chad will assess how you move and identify areas for improvement. Together, you’ll focus on building and balancing muscles, improving conditioning, and increasing stamina. Your sessions will include traditional lifts, dynamic movements, and techniques for engaging muscles effectively. You’ll also incorporate bodyweight exercises, core training, and develop better body awareness.

Chad will teach you to generate explosive energy and harness your strength for controlled, powerful movements, transforming you into a stronger, more efficient version of yourself. Some of Chad’s specialties include skeletal muscle development and strength, injury correction and prevention, muscular body sculpting, and optimizing movement patterns.
