Hello, Chad here. Training for 10+ years. Fitness has helped me overcome personal challenges and become a better person. I bring these experiences when training clients. I believe a healthy fit person is a best version of themselves and I enjoy being a part of that positive decision in people’s lives. Whether new to the fitness, making a change to a healthier lifestyle or an athlete who enjoys crushing weights, I feel rewarded coaching people through their journey.
We focus on building muscle and increasing your conditioning level, allowing you to perform more work. We cover traditional lifting techniques and you learn how to engage muscle properly while getting a good workout. We will perform body weight movements, core focused training and build better proprioception. Finally you will learn how to generate explosive energy and force, utilizing your whole body to move heavy mass and focus your muscle strength to perform specific controlled movements! This will build a better human machine!
