Cole became a personal trainer in part because of his father, who had always planned to pursue personal training after retirement. Unfortunately, that plan never came to fruition after his father suffered a fatal heart attack at the start of 2020. After that loss, Cole became determined to pursue personal training himself and dedicate his work to helping people live healthier lives.
Cole has now been a trainer for over five years, focusing on helping clients build strength, improve body composition, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term health. He specializes in strength training, sleep optimization, and practical nutrition strategies that help people make consistent progress both inside and outside the gym.
He is also the founder of Night Nutrition Supplements, a company inspired by his father’s passing and his interest in the relationship between sleep and long-term health. Shortly after his father’s death, Cole learned that consistently sleeping less than six hours per night after the age of 45 can increase the lifetime risk of heart attack by up to 200%, a statistic highlighted in the book Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker, PhD. That realization pushed him to focus more deeply on sleep, recovery, and overall health.
Although he never originally planned to start a supplement company, his experience working as a personal trainer and in GNC supplement stores eventually led him to create Night Nutrition. The company was built to share his story and develop supplements designed to support fitness, nutrition, and better sleep.
Cole doesn’t train clients in the morning, he’s too busy sleeping. All jokes aside, he specializes in working with people who have traditional 9-to-5 schedules and want to get in the best shape of their lives at night!
