Noah Draper has served as Director of Operations at ETS Performance since February 2019, dedicating over five years to advancing sports performance for youth athletes in the Twin Cities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Building on nearly a decade of expertise, Noah is launching Zenith Performance Solutions (ZPS), a human performance brand committed to optimizing physical and mental performance for athletes and adults. ZPS takes a science-driven approach, emphasizing movement systems, nutrition counseling, and overall wellness.

His passion for human performance, coupled with his commitment to community—also reflected in his service with the National Guard—continues to drive his mission of helping individuals reach their peak potential.
