As a Master Fitness Trainer in the Army, Tim spent years coaching soldiers through pain, trauma, and physical setbacks. He witnessed firsthand that strength is built not only in the body, but also in the moments when the mind is tired, life feels heavy, and a person chooses to keep going anyway.
Tim’s own healing journey led him into transformation work, trauma recovery, and the profound presence of horses. Through that process, he learned to slow down, listen to his body, regulate his nervous system, and reconnect with parts of himself he once believed were lost.
Now, through Awaken Fit & Thrive, Tim helps others do the same—combining functional fitness, emotional-resilience coaching, nutrition support, and equine-assisted sessions to guide individuals through deep, meaningful transformation.
His intention is simple: to help people awaken their strength, restore their confidence, and thrive in their bodies and their lives.
